I would like to share my experience of late, in answer to your post about energies amplifying up.

I was aware a close friend was becoming frustrated and angry with the world and everyone in it. Her personality started to change as the ego become very vocal, making her energy very uncomfortable to be around; so I took a step back. This resulted in a venomous outburst of abuse being directed at me. Although I was aware of the power and depth behind this tirade, the words just disintegrated into thin air, and had no effect on me. It was proof that if you are anchored in light then no matter how dark and heavy the opposing energies; they just disperse.

For my friend, this is her awakening where everything in her life is falling apart, and the start of the inner journey of connecting to her true self.

We are in the process of a mass awakening where everyone’s trauma and suffering is being acted out differently on many different levels; making the whole world appear chaotic.

My thoughts are, this huge shift in the consciousness of mother earth and humanity is biblical, with God being in control.

Transformation in it's early stages can be a difficult and at times, and I know this from personal experience, it can also be a messy looking process. Yet, if one isurrounds themselves with loving messages of hope and uplliftment, and loving friends grounded in Light who will stick by them, wonderful opportunities exist for personal transformation and spiritual growth.

Each new day is an opportunity to learn something. Each new day is an opportunity to explore who you are and how you are. If, as a world, we could picture ourselves as learners all of the time, so much discomfort, so much self-blame, so much blame of others would not take place. People would know themselves to be learning from each experience and would hold that with each other. To see oneself as a learner and others as learners is a way of establishing forgiveness, to know that everyone is in a progression of learning something more about how to live.

Energies and Perceptions

Hello Dear Readers,

This post is for those who are aware of having energetic sensitivities in conjunction with the question I asked in the previous post - Who am I?

When one is energetically sensitive, one feels currents of energies. What energies? In this instance, energies which are emotional in nature, mental in nature, and spiritual in nature. When I speak of energies in this post, I will be addressing specifically the energies we release, or perceive energetically coming from other embodied souls and the energies we project onto other souls without ever speaking to them.

Here are a few instances that may illustrate what I am speaking to.

Yesterday, being a nice day weather wise, I decided to take a drive to the garden centers and look around at what was available. Being a recluse by nature, time spent alone for the most part during the pandemic has been enlightening as well as helpful when it comes to energetic sensitivities. Having not been out around other embodied souls for months now, I have found that I am more able to better delineate what is ‘me’ energetically and what is coming from others.

Yesterday, on the drive back home, I began perceiving energies that have not been in my consciousness this past year. Energies which seem to inform my mind and my consciousness with messages such as - "you are ugly, you do not fit in, you are different, you are not to be trusted, you are old" - very negative judgmental energies. It was Dear Readers, really quite shocking to feel these energies and to feel these forms of consciousness in my thoughts. I even looked in the rear view mirror to see if what I was feeling was true, and I saw reflected back to me what I had been perceiving energetically coming into my consciousness. This experience was really troubling because before I went out, well for over a year, such thoughts never entered my consciousness. I felt my light, the beauty of my love, the beauty of my beingness.

What had happened? As I walked around I took in the energies of the perceptions of how people perceived who I am being projected onto me. In a way, this experience was really freeing, for I have been suffering from similar experiences all my life, believing I needed to change or be something different so that when I was out and around other embodied souls I would not pick up these projections. I can tell the youth who may be reading this post in the present moment, it never worked. No matter what I did, I would take in the energies - thoughts, projections, and perceptions of others. All it made me was miserable and not authentically me. I spent my youth and adulthood striving to be acceptable to others perceptions and projections without even realizing it. I did not know about energetic sensitivities back then. Sadly, I did not know that I was unconsciously engaging in these behaviours.

Here is another example. When I look into mirrors in stores which sell clothing in the women’s section, I feel the energies of self-hatred and self-loathing in the mirrors themselves. Who I am, what I feel about myself is different from what happens when I look into these mirrors and see what is reflected back to me. The only places I have not felt or seen these energies in the mirrors in the women's section is when I shop in stores which are predominantly shopped by people of color. In those mirrors, I feel and see in the mirrors the energies of self-acceptance, self-love, and a joyfulness of being.

One more example. For as long as I can remember, when driving, as I would drive by embodied souls walking down the road, I would feel the projections of racial hatred and bigotry in the people walking. I would bless them, hoping to clear some of the energies away that other embodied souls who were driving by them or walking by them had through their thoughts and emotions, projected onto them. A pattern emerges as I look back on these experiences, this has happened predominately with people of color. In the same vein, when it came to the homeless, I would pick up less negative noise or energies in the homeless who were of Caucasian heritage. When it was people of color asking for money, the energies were so dark, hateful and judgmental around them.

There are a few messages in this post. Firstly, if you are energetically sensitive, it is so important to know who you are, separate from what others think or perceive about you. This is important as you interact with other embodied souls throughout your day that you can separate away what is you, and what are the energies of what others perceive about you, or project onto you.

Another message has to do with being careful about what we project energetically onto other embodied souls. It can happen in an instant. In an instant, we can judge another, we can project energetically our biases, out prejudices, even our own self-loathing or self-hatred onto others.

To love one another is to first know thyself, to first know who you are, to know what is yours energetically - mental thoughts, emotional currents as well as feelings and perception we are experiencing. Only then, when we look out from the soul through the eyes onto one another, I believe can we then look at each other with love, curiosity which is immersed in innocence, and a joy of wanting to know who the soul is that one is looking upon.

The Energies of Projection Which Are Not Contained Bring Sorrow

Hello Dear Readers,

When I wrote in the previous post, Exploration of Self #2 - Energies and Perceptions, about perceiving energies, I shared personal experiences with you Dear Readers, not to elicit your sympathy or empathy. For Dearest Readers, I am no victim, these and other experiences I have are part of my holy work, and even more importantly, I am not alone in this form of holy service work. There are many who have awakened or are awakening to similar sensitivities. The newly awakening are the ones whom I wish to reassure that the experiences you are having is not because there is something wrong, rather they are happening because you are here to serve in love. Each of us are chords of light in the symphony of Light.

I shared these experiences to continue a dialogue about the nature of energies we carry within ourselves. In the previous writings I wrote about energies which are unrealized or unrecognized and how these energies can be projected out onto others.

The most extreme level of these energies being released upon other embodied souls comes in the form of acts of violence or acts of harm based in biases, prejudices, and yes, self-hatred.

Energies are accelerating. What energies you may ask? Energies which have been lodged within the self, deep in the soul, which have not been healed, and so uncontained energies are lashed out onto to “Other” as a way to bring relief through the harm of another to salve inner pain.

Variations of these energies separated from Light can manifest in any of us. Mostly, they come forth in actions of cruelty and desecration. At the other end of the spectrum - horrible acts of violence. Worst of all, when those who have these suppressed energies and forms of separated consciousness within are in positions of power, or have the power to carry and use weapons, guns most especially, but not exclusively, we witness acts of horror and violence that the unhealed dominant culture seeks to diminish and sweep away as one offs or justified by the “Others” behavior.

Light brings up - brings forth - anything unlike Light. Light brings up these energies for healing. Unfortunately, through the ages of human embodiment when the Light comes forth, so too do acts of cruelty and violence. This age is no different. And yet, this age we are living in is different.

How? First, we have tools for identifying and processing the healing of mental and emotional energies which come forth within us. Whether one seeks to heal oneself alone, or with the support of professionals and groups, a level of support for healing is present that was not available 70 years ago.

Second, we are going through a process of Awakening. Collectively. The entire planet.

I realize that the word Awakening has been co-opted. If those who speak or write of awakening are not speaking or reflecting words of love and unity, (and one knows it when one feels the love), then their motives are not rooted either in these very same energies.

When I have spoken of awakening before, I have shared how it can be a messy process. When suppressed memories, or suppressed feelings, or unhealed aspects of the self arise and there is no longer the option of avoidance, then the next step in the healing process of awakening is to face the feelings and energies which are coming into the consciousness, to go through them and heal them. For others, the energies within them go beyond the level of messy, they can range into deadly violence. The goal of spiritual awakening is not violence, it is healing. Even so, there are forces of darkness and separation which seek to continually undermine the presence of the healing energies of Light.

In the last few years, an embodied soul with a planetary and national platform, unleashed explosive and violent energies upon this Nation. Just because this soul has temporarily lost their platform to broadcast their hatred and divisiveness does not mean the seeds of consciousness that they planted have died away. The seeds are still growing and exploding energies of rage, darkness, divisiveness, and self-loathing onto communities with whom they have set their eye upon.

Millions in this nation have been groomed for violence. Millions more of us need to become aware of how to serve each other - how to serve that which is of love, goodness, upliftment, and the betterment of humanity.

It sounds dramatic to write this, even so what comes to my heart as I type is “It is just a matter of time now before that which has been planted seeks to dominate and destroy all that is not in its image and likeness. The image and likeness of the forces of separation and darkness.”

How often I repeat these words — love, loving one another. That is how we heal. Two thousand years ago the Christ consciousness walked embodied in the Nazarene who brought this message for the future to come. "Love one another."

This Christ consciousness comes again. Consistently, the message is of love. Will we lessen our sorrows and pain and follow this teaching? It sounds so simple to love. Yet, even the act of loving the self can be difficult for so many embodied soul. This is the first step, self love, not ego based love, but the real love which seeks to bless and love all. The love that flows from one’s heart out into the world in which it lives.

Yes.

Committing a mass murder, living through the experience of your apprehension, being able to dictate to the media and public your version of your motives for violence and murder, having articles written about what a good Christian you have been.

Having a senior public official who has similar ideologies (publicizing on social media a tee shirt with incendiary language towards Asian's concerning the Covid virus) speak on your behalf, letting the public know the reasons for your murderous actions had to do with your having “a bad day” and "being at the end of his rope."

Prayers for Upliftment and Strengthening - Asian Americans

All blessings to the Asian American community who has been suffering greatly from bias, prejudice, bigotry, and acts of violence and oppression since the arrival in the United States of America. May this prayer reach not only to the ancestors of the Asian American community but also to those who are living in this present environment of accelerated energies of hatred and prejudices activated in March of 2020.

Prayers for upliftment and strengthening of the Asian American community in the United States of America.

Hello Dear Readers,

Since my most recent postings, the levels of energies accelerating related to violence have been manifesting from Mozambique, Myanmar, Jakarta, Afghanistan, Belarus, to the United States. These are not the only pockets of energies of violence and desecration accelerating and being aligned with by embodied souls, yet they are, if we are using the energetic imagery of acceleration and heat, much like the physical manifestation of a volcano -- fiery pockets of violence, desecration of life and extreme sorrow.

When energies are this intense, this hot, I find that my inner self is at service to the One, to God as I understand God, and so outer expressions of my soul quieten as my soul serves at the energetic level of beingness, the suffering of all who are caught up in the energies of darkness, violence, grief and sorrow, as well as anchoring Light through my heart for those souls who are caught up in the dimensional realms of what we call hell on Earth.

Remembrances of posts I made a few years ago were coming into my consciousness last night as I listened to the world news. In these posts I spoke about a time which was coming forward, which is now, of energies which would bring forth a separation of the wheat from the chaff (the biblical parable given to us by the Beloved Christ Jesus). When I write of this Dear Readers, I am writing in terms of energies accelerating causing a separation in frequencies. We can then witness the outer dimensional manifestation of these energies in behaviours.

The acceleration of the energies of separation and darkness, as I perceive them has to do with the Light bringing forth from all the dimensional realms of the body of the Earth all that is enriching as well as that which cuts off or destroys life.

These energies have to do with embodied souls who are if I may use this term ever so lightly, who are being spiritually tested. One of the goals of this experience is strengthening. How? Through the embodied soul learning how to contain, or how to reach out and seek help and support when the energies of hatred, cruelty, violence, and all manner of desecration of "Other" comes up within them. To make choices not to stand or act with those who are acting out the inner energies of darkness and cruelty manifesting within their hearts and consciousnesses.

There is another dimensional level to these accelerating energies also, there is the testing of, as well as the the "seeing" or "witnessing" of those who are in meant to be in service, those who are in power, the few with billions beyond their needs, seeking to manipulate, desecrate, destroy, control by force, prey upon, and hoard (greed). We are all, as embodied souls, being spiritually tested so to speak at this time. This spiritual testing, or separation of energies, I am writing about has to do with one's own soul. This is not about punishment, although there are energetic as well as other consequences which are meant to bring about redemption of the soul - not damnation and destruction. This separation of the wheat from the chaff is happening both at the inner and out levels of the self, as well as within groups and nations.

We are living in a time of choice. No one can make the choice for you no matter their demands or means of manipulation.

As GurujiMa has shared with me, I will share this with you Dear Readers, "Remember Love."

Remember Love when the energies which are dense and destructive course through you and in those who are around you.
