Guru's, Disciples, and You Inner Authority
There is no true teacher, guru, or guide who can replace your own sense of inner authority. A true teacher doesn’t come to you as a person. They come as an emanation of the Divine and as an awakener of the truth within you. You never, ever have to leave the sense of the truth within you.

Your Inner Authority - Indelibly Yours

"...In our culture and in our society, because of the predominant importance given to the sense of personal freedom, we mix up the issue of freedom and inner authority.

And so, there’s fear then that gets attached to giving one’s freedom away. There’s fear that gets attached to following someone else’s truth. Fear gets attached to the idea of learning from someone else. Fear gets attached to, if we are talking about traditions in the East and West, fear gets attached to having a teacher, a spiritual teacher. In the East it’s called guru’s and the students are called disciples, in the West we just use the word teacher."

"...I’m telling you that inner authority is not meant to be given away. It’s yours its part of your existence. It remains yours whether you have a teacher, or whether you are following guidance from the Realms of Light or whether you are talking to the Divine in whatever form you speak to the Divine.

Your inner authority about what feels true to you remains yours indelibly as part of your existence.

When we come to the human equation here about what principle to follow, what teacher to follow, what idea to follow about spiritual life, many people use the term inner guru, and that’s valid. The idea of an inner guru that you turn to follow is like saying the Divine lives within me. It’s valid, it’s right. The Divine does live within you. And that’s the place, the fundamental foundational place to turn to in your life for guidance. What is the truth that my own divine self is telling me about where to go, what to go, and so forth.

There’s a tension around this though. because the lack or relative lack of rootedness in the sense of the validity of ones own sense of truth. In other words, well maybe I know what’s true and maybe I don’t know what’s true. That kind of doubt, self doubt, which has been acquired because of the separation into different parts of the self, the outer self and the inner self, so that there can be a kind of shakiness about “Can I trust my truth? Do I know what’s right? Can I turn to it? Do I have an inner guru?” You know, those questions come up because of the historical issue of separation from the deeper levels of being and going more to the mind.

But I assure you, your inner authority, your inner sense of truth, is indelible, it never leaves you, it can’t leave you, because it comes from your soul as the manifestation of the Divine within you."

 Post subject: On Devotion and Holiness: Teachings by GurujiMa
PostPosted: Sun Mar 07, 2021 2:46 pm
Hello Dear Readers,

The energies of devotion were flowing pretty strong through me today.
Wanted to share the blessings with you with a few of GurujiMa's teachings on Devotion and Holiness.

with love,
Johanna

"...We can use the word devotion as long as we’re picturing it as going from the inner truth directly to the Source, the Creator."

"...Devotion and freedom are not opposites. Devotion is something one can give one’s self to, because, the inner truth that you feel says - this that I am giving myself to is an authentic guide that is making or helping my inner truth awaken.

Without that equation, of the outer guide and the inner truth awakening, you don’t have a foundation for devotion. It has to be that what’s inside you and outside of you are joined."

Gurus, Disciples, and Your Inner Authority
https://lightomega.org/video/guru-disci ... authority/

"Devotion does not have to be learned. It emerges as a natural outgrowth out of the depth of love. When we love deeply we seek to give to and to bless the beloved, to nurture all that we can of their life, growth, and wellbeing.

What we love deeply, what we care about deeply, we are devoted to. Devotion does not have to be learned or willed. It arises naturally out of the depth of love. Nor is devotion something that just applies to one’s family, or children, or parents who one may be caring for at different stages of life. Devotion in its true meaning is the expression of the desire to give to and to bless those we love deeply out of the bounty of our love and out of our desire to do all that is possible to benefit the welfare, growth, and wellbeing, on all levels, of the beloved.

Devotion can also be toward that which is not human. It can be toward the creatures of the Earth. It can be toward the forests of the Earth. It can be toward the Being of the Earth itself. What we love deeply stirs our desire to express as the gift of our love, of our caring, of our desire to nourish."

The Blessing of Devotion

Everyday acts become acts of devotion when we become stewards of our own life.

"...Ordinarily, we do not think of action in this way, especially actions that are repeated such as washing dishes, sweeping the floor, doing laundry. Yet, there is an entirely different view that we might have concerning time and action, a view in which every action becomes a step toward the completion of a task that is in direct relationship to love for the Creator of life. When this is the case and to the extent that this is the case, the desire for right relationship with the Divine exists as a primary motivation to keep things in good order, and to complete tasks that have been set before us.

Love creates an orientation toward stewardship. Within the heart and mind, it sets up a desire to complete all tasks that have been given by a Divine hand to the best of one’s ability. If all is given by God, the Divine Beloved, then out of love all must be attended to with care.

This motivation comes from perceiving the Divine Presence in all aspects of life, and accepting that nothing is ‘accidental.’ All is given as gift to interact with for the benefit of learning and growth, but also for the benefit of love. Love creates an orientation toward stewardship. Within the heart and mind, it sets up a desire to complete all tasks that have been given by a Divine hand to the best of one’s ability.

If all is given by God, the Divine Beloved, then out of love all must be attended to with care and a desire to leave no loose ends of unattended responsibilities or unfinished actions."

PRANAM

Dear Beloved Ones,

'Pranam' involves the gesture of bowing in reverence for the Divine within another person or within a holy place or situation that one wants to give reverential honoring. It is a gesture of great significance when connected to the heart and its innate sense of holiness and gratitude, but can become a gesture of social conformity when it is not. In our western culture, as we make 'pranam,' it needs to be combined with our very individual experience of what this means, an experience that only your own heart can instruct you about. Otherwise, it becomes a rule or regulation, whether imposed by social convention or by a standard of religious observance. This is not the true meaning of 'pranam' which must involve the heart and soul.

When you come to a place of holiness and want to acknowledge this, take a second to take note of this, knowing that bowing can be inner or outer. The important thing is 'to take note' of the sacred and holy. Then, find your own rhythm of bowing outwardly or inwardly. This will allow your individual soul expression to find its true relationship with all outer gestures, rather than following a custom because it seems to be expected.

Your inner authority, your inner truth, is never to be given away - ever.
But if it closes you down out of fear to learning, and to receiving love, or to receiving knowledge,
or to receiving help, then it’s something to look at within yourself.

 Post subject: When Energies Are Amplifying Up
PostPosted: Tue Mar 09, 2021 4:28 pm

Hello Dear Readers,

Since Sunday, the emotional energy currents in this country, and worldwide, have been amped up. I have been spending some time online reading of individuals experiences and thoughts, it was as if an emotional wildfire had been set. It has been distressing to see so many people getting emotionally drawn into attacking and hating on each other.

This teaching about slowing down when emotional currents flare up is for now, and for the future.

I pray for the healing of hearts, families, nations, and peoples who find themselves divided.

Will post again soon when the energetic currents are calmer.

with love,
Johanna

The Importance of Our Own Life Stream

"…Whatever seeks to come through you is for the benefit of all, because the All works in harmony with all.

All is part of one organism. All is One Being. And so your life stream is meant to work in harmony with your own individualized expression of the One.

This is the goal beloved ones, to be one within ourselves and one with the One."

Apologies Dear Readers for not being able to link this quote to Beloved GurujiMa’s writings or a video teaching. I wrote it down when GurujiMa was speaking because it enlivened my heart to hear GurujiMa share this. In the moment, experiencing bliss like joy, I left the practical aspect of myself which would have identified where and when I heard GurujiMa say this.

with love,

Visions - March 11, 2021

Energies Coming Forward:

Frequencies accelerating.

Particles activating.

Consciousness’ awakening.

New realities formulating.

Thoughts purifying.

Old habits arising.

Choices arriving.

Darkness threatening.

Light strengthening.

* * *

Setting the Soul Free.

One can choose to let go, wait, and trust…or find ways to control the uncontrollable.

One can choose to let go, wait, and trust…and allow that which is meant to be, to be.

We are in a time of setting the soul free.

* * *

There is the power of the soul freed or the power of the empowered the ego.

* * *

The mind was designed to work in alignment with heart.

The heart infuses the mind, opening the third eye.

* * *

Light transforms consciousness.

Transformed consciousness transforms humanity.

Transformed humanity transforms cultures, societies, planetary consciousness, and the planetary family.

* * *

Be mindful.

Be mindful of embodied souls in the business of inciting war.

* * *

To the beat of whose drum do ye march?

* * *

The ultra-wealthy as both bully and victim.

* * *

Placating the lords and ladies of wealth and privilege on the pretext of pity.

* * *

What source is this fiery ire towards the sons and daughters of Persia?

* * *

A turning of the strengths of We The People against themselves.

* * *

Crusaders destroy and betray - brother against brother.
The energies of blood-lust are strong around this.

* * *

Populist Rage. Brought to you by the gilded hands of the idle.

* * *

The Separation of the People.

The pool is deep into which the gaze of the self-regarding may see their reflections amplified.

* * *

The energies of rage building. The instigators of hate and intolerance’s crying for your pity. contour and configure for public consumption, the hurts against them as the hurts against the people.

* * *

The people muster, tribe raging out against tribe, culture raging out against culture. The kings and queens of controversy proliferate.

* * *

In Time of Champions.

Be mindful.

If an embodied soul comes upon you and says “I am your champion”, and in their wake, embodied souls are quarrelsome and attacking one another — in their name, know that they have not come in service to either you or the Light.

These champions have come to serve themselves.

* * *

What is the potency of vibration of the champion? Does it bring forth upliftment and unity? Does it bring forth healing and promise? What is the potency and vibration of the champion?

* * *

Beyond the anointing of the champion see the manipulation of the public consciousness in service to the champion.

* * *

Prioritizing entertainment programing in lieu of reality based information and facts.

* * *

Privilege, when not expressed outwardly in service to ‘Other’ turns inward in service to self, leading to a skewed sense of victimization.

* * *

The Energies of Separation:

That which is present but is unseen by the eyes.

* * *

At the end of the dark night of the soul are the energies of Creation itself - joy.

 Post subject: INNOCENCE and ACTION: The Fear of 'Not-Doing'
PostPosted: Thu Mar 11, 2021 12:40 pm

INNOCENCE and ACTION: The Fear of 'Not-Doing'

We need to understand the difference between 'innocence' and 'action.' These two motivations, efforts, attitudes, need to come into balance within us so that we know when to act and when not to act. The distinction is not so much between 'innocence' and 'action' as between 'innocence' and 'will.' When is it right to use one's own will, and when is acceptance needed?

This is a fundamental question about life itself and about how to relate to life, and not only about how to relate to life but how to relate to people. Most people very much move in the direction of will and action when confronted by the need to deal with challenging circumstances or to make a decision, and that's because the history of the human experience has been one of feeling a greater sense of need to master things, to control life, to find a way of making things work. And so our orientation to the physical plane is about making things work - how to make outcomes happen that we wish to have happen.

This is fine. This is good - to be able to make things work, to be able to achieve goals, to be able to accomplish things, to be able to grow in our life on the physical plane. This is good. But it often comes out of balance with the need to be in innocence about life and about our own actions, because very often action is not based on the necessity of acting, but on the fear of not acting, on the fear of not doing anything. And so there's an unwillingness, based on fear, to let a space be created in which you, I, one is not doing anything, and it doesn't appear that anybody is doing anything. In that space is the space of innocence and trust, trust that in the invisibility of not-doing, life and God are doing. The 'doing' is in the unfoldment of events according to the Divine unfoldment that is always taking place. And this is where fear comes in, because that Divine unfoldment is very often invisible, and so one has to trust the Invisible, the invisible goodness of life, the invisible goodness of God. Without trust, the impulse 'to do,' to fix things, to make things happen, to correct errors in others, to change other people, to make situations different than they are, becomes overbalanced, and then a lot of anxiety and distress occurs because very often it's not possible to make things the way one wishes or thinks one wishes. Control of life is not possible. It's an illusion. And yet the ego-self tries to control life out of fear. So, it's not that action isn't important, or that movement in the direction of trying to help things change out of good motives, out of good intentions we want to have change. It's that the loss of innocence is based on fear, and so acceptance of things as they are becomes a non-choice very often, not because it isn't a choice, but because there's fear in allowing God's invisible goodness to do its own work of changing things in Divine time.

 Post subject: Pain and Transformation
PostPosted: Thu Mar 11, 2021 12:54 pm

Hello Dear Readers,

I was having a conversation with someone very dear to me recently. They are going through an intense spiritual transformation. Unfortunately, this beloved has a tendency to believe in those who would tell them that they are being attacked, or it is darkness, or that there is something wrong. I say this, because sometimes, oft times actually, spiritual transformation can be messy. It can feel horrible. Life seemingly, and does, fall apart, everything one believes suddenly does not seem true. Sleep patterns are disrupted. One can feel as if they do not want to get out of bed. Hopelessness can ensue energetically. It has been my experience that these experiences are all a part of the path of transformation. For the new to come forward, the old has to be let go of. Often, the messy bits come from helplessness, feelings of shame, or guilt, or from the chaos the outer self is perceiving and/or experiencing in their transformative process. It's hard to believe when you are going through this process that a wonderful thing is happening in your life. Even so, a wonderful thing is happening in your life.

Pain is not an enemy but a passage you have chosen to move through.
Such a view allows the heart to soften, and in this softening to invite healing in.

Becoming a Steward of Your Own Life: The Sacred in the Ordinary
GurujiMa

Everyday acts become acts of devotion when we become stewards of our own life.

Ordinarily, we do not think of action in this way, especially actions that are repeated such as washing dishes, sweeping the floor, doing laundry.

If all is given by God, the Divine Beloved, then out of love all must be attended to with care and a desire to leave no loose ends of unattended responsibilities or unfinished actions.

Here is a perspective that many do not hold at present, that is, the relationship between love and ‘no loose ends.’ This is because we think of our actions as ‘personal’ rather than ‘devotional.’ If, however, we become attuned to the Divine within life, then a sense of responsibility toward that which is deeply loved, toward the Beloved, pervades all of our actions, and the desire to complete tasks that life presents to us exists not only as an obligation or ‘chore,’ and not only as a desire to keep things ‘neat and tidy,’ but as an act of reverence and devotion to fulfill our responsibility toward the gift of our existence, given by the Divine Beloved whom we love. The completion of tasks then becomes joyful, not difficult, since each step of that completion takes us closer to having ‘no loose ends.’

Looking at our days, weeks, or years in this way, we hold the perspective of stewardship as an ongoing question, namely, what is undone in this life that I have been given, or, what is left to be finished? From the perspective of stewardship, out of gratitude toward life and responsibility for life we choose to have all tasks completed so that when departing from the physical plane there is nothing left undone or unfinished. Great satisfaction based in love exists as a result of operating within time in this way, even in relation to holding the boundary of death as a demarcation that allows us to look back from the perspective of the end of life to see if we have actually completed what was given to us to do.

Such an orientation toward the boundary between life and death and toward all aspects of life including the most ordinary tasks, makes of life on the physical plane a joyful interaction with love in each moment for the One who is All.

Stewardship, beloved ones, is not just responsibility, but joy.

It allows us to experience the sweeping of a floor as something that is of value in itself when beheld through the eyes of love. And in each repetition, the same value is upheld. Inwardly, our soul is saying, “I do this for you, Beloved, to take care of what you have given me.” This may be even more true when it comes to the larger tasks of life which include responsibility for relationships, families, communities, nations, or the Earth itself.

May all of Creation be blessed with this knowing of the Divine Presence within life, and of the heart’s joy in responding to life with love in every moment.

May all beings come to recognize their own purity and innocence of heart
which is given as an aspect of the soul.

It doesn't need to be learned.

It needs to be uncovered.

May all come to recognize their own innocence.
