The Delicate Balance

Hello Dear Readers,

As I was meditating upon what to post today, a mourning dove came and rested on the ground, sitting still and serenely outside of our glass doors. A little while later when I went outside, a chorus of mourning doves were singing.

I searched for mourning doves spiritual totem and found that the mourning dove symbolized:

“The dove totem reminds us that it is fine to mourn what has passed but to also awaken to the promise of the future. This bird of prophecy can help you to see what you can give birth to in your own life.”

I also found such terms as optimistic spirituality, learning to fly again, symbology of hope, this shall pass, and death and rebirth.

Why I am sharing this with you Dear Readers? Having the gift of visions is not an easy gift to hold, express, and process. As the pandemic spreads, (where I live is now voluntarily remaining in place, with all non-essential businesses closed), I find myself on a learning curve about holding two very different it seems, unfolding realities. The first is the reality of the pandemic and the immense suffering to all of us on the planet, whether it is physical suffering and and for some, death, to financial suffering and how to meet needs, to the spiritual and psychological suffering caused by long term isolation as well as the emotions of helplessness which comes forth in circumstances in which the contagion of fear spreads as well as the actual contagion itself.

Suffering is not the only energy I am perceiving. I am also, which feels odd or out of place to me as I process what is coming to me, perceiving the energies of the future which hold - and this is why it is odd - joy, hope, and something new coming to all within the self which was not accessible before.

I feel a calling to share what this new future is holding whilst being painfully aware of the suffering which is unfolding in real time. Hence the delicate balance and why I have been sharing the New Magnetism teachings as well as other quotes about the future.

On a personal note. Yesterday, I did something which I have not been doing - I listened to the radio, talk radio and news casts as well as the Presidential briefing - throughout the entire day.

Often, I will listen to the radio as a way to perceive through voices, the pulse or spiritual energies of those calling in or speaking out for a few hours during the day. Yesterday, by the end of the day I found myself to be aligned with energies of over the top emotions. Especially after listening to the Presidential briefing where the President was, it seemed to me, to be expressing his concern and care for the financial markets and corporations, with little it seemed, empathy, for We The People, with statements such as “working by beautiful Easter Day” and “people packed into churches”, as well as messages that We The People need to get out and be working, or in extreme cases, those supporting the President who urged that the elderly should be willing to sacrifice their lives for the economy amongst other statements devoid of caution, compassion, and care during this time.

This press conference along with everything else I listened to during the day, built up within me a bevy of fear and panic laden energies, including helplessness around energies of sheer panic that people would be falsely lulled into not taking care of themselves and remain in place even in the face of the suffering and horrors unfolding in New York, California and Washington state.

Peace within me was lost for a time late in the day. I share this with you Dear Readers as a cautionary tale.

The radio is off today. I am aware of what is needed for me as a citizen of this country and planet to do to keep myself, those I love, and those who share the region I live in safe. Today I will be taking in the energies of nature and the spiritual realms to regroup, strengthen myself and recover. Be cautious of what you are watching, reading, and listening to and how much time you allot to these experiences as you remain in place.

On Stillness and Adapting To Life In A New Way

Hello Dear Readers,

It is not easy to remain in place. It is even more difficult for many to practice stillness, especially if one is prone to experiencing the energies of anxiety around issues of helplessness and limitation.

Stillness is important for a variety of spiritual reasons. It is also important for the care and strengthening of the immune system.

Stress and anxiety, energies which we cannot escape but which we can mitigate how they effect us can cause a release of chemicals in the body which can then effect the strength of the immune system, as well as the nervous system, and heart.

Each of us has our own resonances with spiritual practices which bring a sense of peace or inner stillness. Inner stillness and times of physical stillness can provide openings to ‘hearing’ our inner voice, or our soul, and inner guidance and strengthen our body and immune system.

Be still and rest when you can.

Prayers for the suffering, the food, money, and water insecure, those in prisons and in detention centers, the embodied souls on the front lines of caring and saving lives, those who serve in the humblest and important ways that bring forth food and necessary goods, mail and packages, all who are serving the needs of others, and most of all, those embodied souls who have covid-19 and those who are leaving us in larger groupings whose last days can be filled with incredible suffering and trauma.

Consider Dear Readers lighting a candle and praying for the souls who are passing, support them as they leave us with your loving thoughts.

Holding Love In A Covid-19 Reality

Dear Readers,

I would like to share with you that whilst I am not touched by covid-19 in my physical body, I am going through experiences of helplessness and limitation in regards to family members, extended family, and friends (living in Manhattan and New Orleans).

This experience is bringing intense suffering to those I love and whilst there is not much I can ‘do’ to cease their suffering and pain including being by their side and holding their hand, I can send money to help those in dire financial situations and cards for upliftment, as well as phone calls, yet I cannot, as many of us planetary wide are learning, alleviate the physical, emotional, and mental suffering occurring to those we love.

It is not necessary to share details because all of us are or are going to be touched by what is unfolding.

I share this with you Dear Readers because what I post on this forum is based in a reality which seeks to hold suffering and also hold hope, love, and a faith in the Light, the Divine, in the presence of incredible suffering.

So when I am posting positive and spiritually uplifting posts, know that I am posting for myself and those I love as well as for you Dear Readers and those you love, as well as for those I have never met and will never meet. My life's work is based in my love for humanity.

Dear Beloved Ones,

Some of you have already joined me online for the Morning Meditations, the evening Words of Light, and the Sunday gatherings. We are learning as we go with this new format, and I invite those of you who have not yet taken part to receive the spiritual nourishment that is the Divine source of what is being offered.

For these online offerings, it is important to be ready with your computer set up when they begin. However, we will also make it easier for you by delaying the actual start time of the meditation or talk so that more of you can arrive. This will create greater comfort all around.

There is another webcast that I will be offering beginning next week that has more of the feel of a ‘class’ or study group. This will be called: “Light, Darkness, and the World of Spiritual Energy,” or, alternatively, “Understanding the World of Spiritual Energies.” The present plan is to offer it twice a month, beginning sometime next week. The Monarchical Healing Touch

For the last few weeks I have had remembrances coming into my consciousness of history which I have read over the years of kings who healed by the virtue of their being kings and thus because they were kings, divinely empowered. At the time it was practice in relation to scrofula - it was also known as/called the kings evil.''

What has been coming to my consciousness is that "One must come and kneel before the monarch for the cure - to be healed."

These energies I am perceiving feel different from the practices of monarchs of the past who seemed, in reading the history, to take this task to heart, even as ego's draped in piety were heavily involved. The energies I feel coming forward are of a similar frequency and yet, different. Life and death decisions are being made with what I perceive to be fundamentalist undertones of the deserving and undeserving, as well as the righteous arbitration of God's wrath and punishment (a meting out). A 'saving' of those designated as God's righteous as interpreted by the ambassadors of the monarchical powers of healing in a time of massive physical suffering.

Also, in the same energy flow and dynamic of the monarch being the arbitrator of healing and cures, two prophecies are also coming to me, one having to do with the 'Cult of Coin and Death', and the other,"A for profit government will never be for We The People."

These are the energies which have been coming forth - rising to the surface, connected to the past, manifesting in the present to be healed and revealed by the energies of Light.

To understand the world of spiritual energies is to understand the world of Creation. Light and darkness are energies of Creation, both often operating behind the scenes. Light is transformative, allowing embodied souls to join with their higher consciousness and to live a sacred life as a Divine-human being. What we call ‘darkness’ has nothing to do with skin color, but is an energy that separates embodied souls from the truth of who they really are. Both are affecting our individual and collective life on the planet at this time. Come join the discussion.

Foundational Truths

During times of darkness, oppression, or when emotions have created a sense of anxiety or extreme fear, it is important to hold to foundational truths.

These truths do not live in the mind. They live in the deeper strata of the heart and reside in one’s inner being. The mind can easily succumb to the pressure and intensity of emotions that are either innate to the personality structure, or are being colored and affected by energies that would take the embodied self further away from the light, toward increased separation from truth and hope. At such times, foundational truths of the heart must be reached for and clung to as one would cling to a life preserver or life raft on a stormy sea. For the energies of opposition cannot touch the deeper truths that reside in one’s being, since this being is the domain of the soul and is infused with the Divine energy that belongs to each created child of God.

This is to say that the foundational truth of love and what one loves must be clung to with tenacity, single-mindedness, and strength, not permitting the entrance of thoughts of fear, dread, depression, or anxiety to enter the domain in which love remains seated.

All energies that seek to dismantle love also seek to remove the embodied self from the correct perception of who they are and the correct perception of what life is really about.

This is the reason that at times of darkness, thoughts are often not valid.

They are often not based on truth but on fear that has been created within the mind.

Foundational truths have no part of fear.

They exist within the light of the soul and this is why they create an immunity to forms of oppression that separate the embodied self from light and from God.

To Walk With The Christ…

I am willing to be 'with' suffering of others, as consciously as I am possibly able in any given moment.

To be 'with' the suffering, I am not called to endure the suffering caused by the zealot's ego, self immolation, the wearing of the hair shirt, or the beating of the self with objects.

To Walk With The Christ...

I am willing to be 'with' those who are suffering, to empathize with the pain and sufferings of 'others' deeply within my heart, to the best of my abilities in any given moment.

To Walk With The Christ...

I choose to the best of my abilities, in each evolving moment, to not fear the pain of my own suffering. I choose to believe all suffering consciously undergone and endured in service to others and to the One, is the suffering of the Christ.

To Walk With The Christ...

I choose by my free will, to be both 'with', and a 'witness' to suffering, and in the presence of suffering, to

"Remember Love".
