I read the Reflections quote and was drawn to comment.
Waiting is part of the tapestry of our spiritual practice. It becomes part of surrendering to the unknown..unto the Divine. Even when it is not based upon something "big" like the answer to a prayer maybe its just waiting in line for something..it all feels meaningful to me now. One action feds into another and another..the opportunites are endless. The times I do get my hand caught in the "impatience jar" my recognition is immediate & occurances are fewer. My emotional reaction to these opportunites, no matter how small, has changed forever because I now FEEL the support from God. To experience this enhanced my understanding because now it has
become part of me.
In times of waiting, those times when it has felt lonely, I have leaned on lightomega12 videos on youtube. (there is such nourishment in them) Here is a favorite of mine that you know but maybe others have not seen yet:
