Most especially, you may find the desire to live according to your own deepest sense of purpose and to express who you are. It is this yearning to be oneself that is coming to the fore, now, as consciousness expands. With it, comes the hint of freedom and the desire to remove all obstacles that stand in the way.

Indeed, there are obstacles to surmount on the passage to freedom, and shadowy realities of the past that still cling to us. And yet the vibration of truth is in the air as is the energy of hope. It is calling us to leave behind all illusions, all roles, all ways of being that are not true to the heart, and to live according to the dictates of our own inner being. This is the path to freedom, it is the path to joy, and it is the path to the Divine and sacred reality that we are each part of.”

HOW TO JOIN THE MEDITATION

The way of joining is very simple.
Be alone or in silence with others in a space of your own that is as sacred as you might make it. Open your heart to receive the holy blessing of light.

Come to the meditation time a few minutes early so you can leave the cares of the day behind. Sit.... breathe...say an opening prayer silently or out loud (You may use the one on this site: http://oneworldmeditations.org/Opening-Prayer.html or one of your own)

Ask to receive and to transmit the light that comes to the Earth from the Realms of Light through this meditation. During the sitting, focus on attuning to the light. When the meditation is over, let your heart acknowledge, with gratitude, the gift that has been given.

Note: The Practice of Alignment (http://oneworldmeditations.org/Practice ... nment.html) is a good basis for beginning the meditation time and may be continued throughout.

What does it mean to be “part of”?
When you look at a piece of silk you can
see the threads.
But when you touch it, it is just silk, it is
just soft to the touch.

So it is with Oneness.
What appears to be separate is part of
a greater Whole that can be felt through
spiritual “touch”.

“For the heart of God suffers with all who suffer; it mourns with all who mourn. It does not stand apart from any who go without, since there is not one who is not part of God's heart. At the same time, this divine Heart understands the inner necessity of certain kinds of experience, and so views all in terms of overcoming past limitations and departures from truth, while creating new possibilities for the future.

Such a perspective is especially important today as we view things in terms of individual and global purification. There are inner and outer events which are now occurring that are part of the release of long-held energies that must be released in order that the light can expand upon the earth. The suffering resulting from the purification process is not intentional, but is a by-product of having to endure what has always been a hidden feature of human consciousness, now coming into awareness so that it can be let go of.

To live at this time with a heart that is open to all and that embraces all is a great victory for the power of the spirit. It allows one to simultaneously feel sorrow for those who have become victims of natural disaster, and for oneself, for the inner pains and sorrows one has had to endure - while at the same time holding hope for the future. Such a victory of spirit is possible in the presence of God's love, for it infuses the heart and holds all within itself, making a greater openness to life possible.

May the world come to know itself as greatly blessed by divine Love, and may the suffering of the present give way to the hope and joy of a new world, one that exists in freedom and in light.”

"Today, in the heart of every creature, the rays of the sun can increasingly be felt, bringing with them an awareness of the presence of God's love, increasing the knowledge that there is but one sacred Life to be lived by all, and no one is separate from it just as no one is exempt from it.

This sacred Life is a great gift as well as a great responsibility. Indeed, the twofold knowledge of joy and dedication arises within the human breast, creating an understanding that it is necessary to care for all others, not just for the self. It is necessary to live with the Earth in mind, not just with the concerns of a few in mind.

This expanding commitment is a precious gift. For it brings to the heart an awareness that love is everywhere – that it flows outward from the depths of self to all selves, and that one's deepest being is forever part of it."

Each kind has been given a sacred purpose in the chain of life.

all of life suffers,
for all of life is one sacred Body, indivisibly connected
