To welcome beings of light from higher states of consciousness one needs to have total trust in what is not known, or experienced.

The process of developing trust starts with taking that step of letting go of controlling your life. It’s about learning to trust your inner guidance in every moment. If you aren’t intuitive or still not aware of that guidance, imagine you are water; just go with the flow without resisting.

Trust is anchored in the heart centre, so it takes continual practice of alignment to be able to open your heart, and stay anchored in trust.

If we are privileged to connect to those higher beings of light, it means that we have expanded our consciousness, and our channel is open to receive those deeper truths.
