An Ideology Cannot Be Bombed Out Of Existence Violence in the world is real, and those who seek to commit violence against others who do not believe as they do are also real. Yet the cause of this violence is the loss of humanity that has come over certain individuals and groups so that they no longer identify with the collective human lot, but rather only with their own cause and with their own needs and justifications. They have lost touch with their own hearts, and in doing so have become able to commit atrocities that to others are unimaginable.
We join them by losing touch with our own hearts.THE SHADOW of FEAR and the PLIGHT of SYRIA'S REFUGEEShttp://lightomega.org/NL/20151117-Shado ... ugees.html Hello Dear Readers,
When I read the news from abroad this morning I read that Britain is voting today as to whether they should join in with 12 other countries bombing Syria, a country about the size of Nebraska. Rather than give in to the fatigue my heart felt when reading of another country seeking to carpet bomb both the innocent and ISIL/Daesh, I put together Teachings as well as articles which can in the end, if you choose to, help you to hold what is happening in your hearts as well as create a path of light through your hearts, which in the end I believe, have a greater effect upon any ideology than bombing will."David Cameron has told Britain it has a moral and military duty to attack Islamic State in Syria, saying the move will enhance and not hinder a fledgling diplomatic process."
"Cameron insisted that a military effort was only part of the solution but said Britain did have an additional and unique military contribution to make due to its precision bombing capability.
The prime minister was repeatedly asked to apologise for saying some of those voting against airstrikes were a “bunch of terrorist sympathisers” at a private meeting on Tuesday night.
The Labour leader, Jeremy Corbyn, said: “To brand those who plan to vote against the government as ‘terrorist sympathisers’ both demeans the office of the prime minister and I believe undermines the seriousness of deliberations we are having today.”"
"Sir Gerald Kaufman, the Labour MP and father of the Commons, said Isis did not represent Islam. People were right to loathe it. But that was not the issue. The issue was what could be done to get rid of it, and he said he was not convinced by the government’s case. He said bombing would lead to the killing of innocent civilians.
And I am not going to be a party to the killing innocent civilians for what will simply be a gesture." "Mr Speaker, I was a co-sponsor of the 2003 amendment to oppose invading Iraq and I am proud to sponsor today’s amendment opposing bombing in Syria. I appeal to colleagues on all sides to learn the lessons from Afghanistan, not to ignore the lessons of Iraq, not to ignore the lessons of Libya. Let’s not repeat the mistakes of the past. Let’s not give the green light to military action without a comprehensive and credible plan to win the peace." Angus Robertson Quotes sourced:http://www.theguardian.com/politics/blo ... -isis-liveCynicism, disillusionment, frustration, and anger are the means that the shadow of darkness employs to create a false sense of empowerment. It is false because it is based on the illusion that the superiority of power or might is the sole arbiter of how to eliminate fear and helplessness from our collective consciousness. And so those who represent this position strive to embody within themselves the qualities of aggression, assertiveness, anger, and power. They strive to communicate through their own personalities and character that they can be effective, can 'take charge,' and can make fear disappear. THE SHADOW THAT HOVERS OVER AMERICA LIGHT OMEGA NEWSLETTERhttp://lightomega.org/NL/20151125-Shado ... erica.html As Britain prepares to vote on joining the coalition of countries bombing Syria, we again as a planetary peoples are being tested as we were on the march to Iraq and Afghanistan - do we find a way to end the root causes of terrorism or do we bomb countries into dust and debris, innocents and terror suspects alike, creating another generation of children who will feel just cause in their hearts to fight the nations who destroyed them?
What I perceive as under-currents of energies which empowers ISIL - Daesh is an energetic ideology (consciousness) which then anchored itself in a desire for revenge and power, mostly born out of the choices made by President Bush and his administration after 9/11 when it was decided to not address the root of the destruction of the twin towers in New York, but to march to war against a country who was not involved in the destruction of the towers and the deaths of innocent Americans.
The behaviours of the United States most of all, the leaders it put into place, and the military actions by members of the Coalition of the Willing, in Iraq and Afghanistan I perceive in my heart, led to the formation of ISIL - Daesh. A belief or an ideology no matter how stellar, precise, and awesome your tools of war, cannot be bombed out of existence. The heart felt desire for atonement for wanton murder (the public has seen just a few of the videos showing soldiers killing the Iraqi's playing heavy metal music and laughing, as well as the hero worship of snipers who killed and counted with at times, unbridled pride), torture, sexual abuses,(of which photos still exist and those which were destroyed which showed systemic abuses by those who were in charge of prisoners of war who were not granted the rights of the Geneva Conventions, continue to inflame the hearts of millions), the false sense of being supported in their search for freedom and democratic principles and the subsequent abandonment to despotic principles and leaders, and the wholesale destruction of a country (countries) cannot be bombed out of the hearts of those who have watched their family members and friends suffer or die. No matter the politics of the region, no matter the generations old religious feuds, it was our presence, the United States, and the actions we took, which opened I believe portals into the realms of hell. Furthermore, it is not necessary to be a specialists analyst or psychologist/psychiatrist to understand that the more innocent people who die as a result of bombings, the more who are on the border of deciding what to do in the midst of the suffering the are enduring, are more likely to cross over into the arms of those who promise them revenge as an expression of empowerment. Violence begets violence. It is never ending cycle of death and destruction until all participants and its generations stop violating each other.
Dear Readers, those countries who are bombing Syria (and previously in Iraq) never seem to consider with any deep spiritual gravitas the fates of those who are innocent and caught in the cross fire, whose children and loved ones shall suffer or die the same horrible deaths as those who are to be 'punished'. Those peoples are identified, often not counted, as "collateral damage". And those who seek to escape the horrors of the bombings, of the Coalition which the United States seems to lead in tactical decision making as well as with the most strikes and most troops on the ground, are being denied access to escape death by those who are causing deaths and destroying their homes - in the name of their freedom from tyranny.
We have so much blood on our hands as a nation. So much blood on our hands…
Sometimes I wonder Dear Readers, when I witness those in power who have seemed to collectively align with the consciousness - energies which press for never ending war and death often ironically in the names of 'freedom and security' how statesmen such as Lincoln, Thomas Paine, and Madison now have turned into demagogues, dominionists, pawns of lobbyists, billionaires, and perpetual warmongers. I grieve and pray for the strengthening of the Light in hearts everywhere on this planet, especially those in potions of power to serve the people fairly and justly. I pray for the strengthening of the Light everywhere for we collectively, as a planetary family, must stand together United for Peace. United for prosperity for all, not the few. United in a pledge for safety for all nations and all peoples against hegemony, greed, and the military-corporate industrial complex which benefits the most from never ending conflicts and wars. Bush televised, inciting America and other countries to war post 9/11/2001.I remember when I first heard these words from President G. W. Bush, and the same chill these words manifested then, continues to run down my spine. For it was made clear from the beginning of these troubles, that any person or persons who disagreed with this President or his administration was to be marked as a defacto terrorist. It is not lost on me Dear Readers that in these times of polarized ideologies and war, that those who would speak out against the incessant demands for bombing and war, those who seek a way to secure peace for all, are not only marginalized and bullied through social media and the media, they also face being monitored and watched, empowered by laws enacted by the very same political elites in support of war and the desecration of free speech and liberty, by the military-corporate data mining arm of those in power, which has turned out to be financially lucrative for the supporters of the cult of war and death. I realize that I am to be counted as one of the millions watched and monitored, my data along with millions of Americans stored in warehouses, for following and expressing my sovereign right to free speech as an American, by the Constitution, no matter the illegal laws taking away my free speech rights since the Patriot Act and other illegal laws, by those who have and continue to gain power and financial benefits through the fighting of incessant wars. It is not lost on me Dear Readers that the very same peoples who seek peace as a path not war, can and are labeled as 'sympathizers' and may at will, and as such, may unconstitutionally, have their actions and behavioiurs monitored, by those who are working for the very same purveyors and executors of death and destruction. It is not lost on me, or millions worldwide that those who would continue to kill, maim, and destroy can do so impunity without fear of meaningful oversight or consequences, yet those who protest against war and death can pretty much guarantee that they will be listed for monitoring.
Yet in the end we shall all leave this planet, and we shall all be called to answer for, and face the consequences of, that which we did whilst in an embodied state on this planet, in an immortal and conscious state of timelessness until we are born again, in time, in a place which souls can make new decisions based in the Light living a life seeking to make amends. And for those of us who shall still be alive when the time of the great awakening occurs, we shall face that which we have done and said consciously and embodied, itself an act of Mercy and Grace. May mercy be found for those who had and have, little to mercy for the lives of others. May the Light continue to strengthen the hearts of all embodied souls on this planet. US: Senate Should Reject Misguided Refugee Bill Huge Obstacles for Syrians, Iraqis Seeking Safe HavenThese additional steps could make it practically impossible for Syrian and Iraqi refugees fleeing persecution and extremist violence to be admitted to the US to provide them the protection they need, Human Rights Watch said . “Overburdening an already thorough security screening process delays the ability of Syrian and Iraqi refugees to find a safe haven,” Ginatta said. “Congress should not punish refugees who are fleeing extremist violence in the name of national security.”

According to the Center for Strategic and International Studies’ (CSIS) report, Al Qaeda in Iraq, the operations1 radicalized Iraqi Sunnis, who viewed foreign occupation as a justification for self-defense in the form of ‘jihad.’ The “US Military Operations” timeframe further highlights the amount of AQI activity—the precursor to the Islamic State—following the start of both operations. Scandals such as the Abu Ghraib prison incident,2 in which American soldiers were shown taking disparaging pictures of prisoners, further radicalized and mobilized moderate Iraqis, CSIS adds.Analyzing the ISIS Timeline: The Rise of the Islamic State (ISIL / ISIS)http://www.ntrepidcorp.com/timestream/isis/Britain will join the coalition of nations conducting airstrikes against Islamic State militants in Syria after MPs in the House of Commons voted to authorise the UK’s participation. “Nobody should be above the law, and there needs to be credible criminal investigations against both those who authorized and carried out abuses against detainees that amounted to a conspiracy to commit torture,” Laura Pitter, senior national security counsel at Human Rights watch and co-author of the report, told The Intercept on Tuesday.
"…Like the Senate report, No More Excuses limits itself to abuses related to the CIA detention program. During the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan wide-ranging human rights abuses are also documented to have been carried out by members of the military alongside civilian contractors, including unauthorized practices such as rape and murder."
"…Above all, Pitter said, it is important that there be some form of criminal responsibility for torture in order to solidify the international consensus against it. “Not prosecuting individuals responsible for torture is really dangerous,” she said. “The U.S. was instrumental in drafting the United Nations Convention Against Torture, and brazenly ignoring its own treaty obligations provides a ready excuse for other countries to begin ignoring them as well.”https://theintercept.com/2015/12/01/no- ... r-torture/Cynicism and disillusionment - these are the subtle weapons of darkness, weapons that we must meet with faith, hope, and trust in the possible. Those who speak in words of attack, accusation, contempt, derision, or ridicule are not simply "speaking their mind' but are contributing to the loss of confidence in public office that can undermine not only the current presidential election but the future of this country as well. In the presence of hovering darkness, we are now called to find within ourselves our own soul's faith and hope, beliefs and values that we are never without. We are called to locate and to stand upon our own belief in a possible future that is based in love. And we are called to remember that our ideals are part of the deepest truth that our hearts carry. Only this can create the light that is needed at this time to counter the shadow of darkness that is infiltrating public life, and only this can sustain us as we await and strive to bring about the time when what is ideal can become real, and when what is most longed for can become what we see around us.THE SHADOW THAT HOVERS OVER AMERICA LIGHT OMEGA NEWSLETTERhttp://lightomega.org/NL/20151125-Shado ... erica.html You know Dear Readers, I may not always get my facts as correct as I would like, and I may at times confuse my words, even more so, I may not always clarify for new readers that I am well aware of the many other mitigating circumstances surrounding what is unfolding on the planetary stage, age old emneties and corruptions, cultural traditions, and most of all, the utter depravity and inhumanity of those who hidden behind masks, dressed in the colors of the soldiers of death, horrifically slaughter the innocent horrendously dressed in trademark orange jumpsuits.
What I do know Dear Readers in my heart, is that the releasing of and witnessing of the evils around us, is part of a process, which will change humanity forever. What I do know, and am sure of, is when I perceive the energies of evil, darkness, and opposition. My heart knows the purity of the ideal of a nation for all peoples, a path We the People strayed from when we began in a zealots zeal righteously genociding the First Nations Peoples. A path of purity of ideals of a nation for all peoples in service to the people, which which we left when we enslaved peoples from Africa for profit, and then punished, shamed, murdered, and imprisoned their generations thereafter. We left the path of the purity of the ideals of this nation of for the people, when we took in the nazi scientists after WWII and slaughtered the peoples of Asia int he Vietnam war, and finally, at the last, when we allowed the vices of unmitigated greed and power to become the dominant ideals of this nation, which led in due course to our government illegally invading Afghanistan and Iraq. There are many other deeds of darkness and opposition to liberty, freedom and free will which the United States has engaged in other countries as well as in this country for many, many generations. I am aware of these histories and much more Dear Readers.
It was a short time after the destruction of the Twin Towers in New York city when the war rhetoric began and then when the Patriot Act was introduced and not thoroughly read by those who signed it, I found that I was becoming aware that all which was being presented to the American people and the world at large, was not as it really was, certainly not how it was being presented. The frenzied hysteria which we are encountering once again, is seeking to justify another war, more deaths, and more profits for the security industries, war support industries, and the arms manufacturers. There were so many indignities committed upon millions of people in the name of war for profit, indignities which continue, and continue to inflame the hearts of many who once thought they could trust in and believe in the ideals and promises which led millions of their relatives world wide to migrate to the United States over hundreds of years.
