There are times in which I feel as if I am eternally falling into the abyss…

climbing up and out, falling into the abyss once again, climbing out, ever hopeful.

THE PATH OF REDEMPTION

The Path of Redemption is not a religion, nor a spiritual practice, nor a body of teachings, but rather the way that opens before us, today, as we live, walk, breathe, and go about our lives. This way is opening not due to further education about spiritual matters, but due to an expanding awareness which is based on the incorporation of greater light within the body and mind, and within those areas that have waited so long in darkness and pain for the possibility of healing to take place.

Redemption refers to a spiritual return, and to a making possible once again of something that had been forgotten or lost. It is mankind's next step into the evolutionary wonders of a new consciousness that shall make possible a new world, based on principles that are direct descendants of light's quickening.

May all beings be blessed by this great transition into light, and may peace come to the earth at last.

Hello dear readers,

I would like to share with you what is going on concerning my last post on Falling and Rising - The Abyss. Most especially, for those of you on a similar path as mine, so that you may witness, that no matter how deep my pain and no matter how far I fall in my feeble attempts in containing the pain I feel, that my faith is still very intact.

Beloved Julie has written this new Teaching on Pain, OUR RELATIONSHIP TO PAIN and I hope, in sharing what I am going through, with this Teaching as the foundation for containing my pain as I write, that others who come here in pain, may too, find Sacred Truths to uphold them on their journey's home.

"...All of life is a teacher, including the painful portions that are outside of us and the painful portions that are inside. We learn from all of it. It is in this light and in this trust that we lay down our arms in our fight with our own pain, and instead enter the realm of prayer and of unity with the Divine within us in order to realize from every aspect of our embodied experience, what we are meant to feel and what we are meant to learn."

It is deeply painful for me to be embodied and alive.

There it is. I have said these words for all to see and hear.

It is painful to be alive.

It is painful to be embodied.

It is painful to have a heart so very full of love, and not be able to express this love in relationships with other beings, whether it be other embodied souls or with the animal kingdom.

I have no energy to express my love. I am depleted. I have no energy to take care of a loving animal or animals. I barely have enough energy in the course of a day to express my love to other embodied souls around me, let alone take care of myself - loving myself and nurturing my sacred temple - my body with compassion.

"...It is part of being human to wish to not experience pain. All embodied creatures instinctively draw away from that which is painful and toward that which creates greater ease, peace, and harmony. When pain is experienced, the human heart cries out for it to stop. It cries out for relief, comfort, and the freedom of a non-painful state. Yet despite our wishes, pain is an intimate part of the experience of being alive for most people. It exists on the level of the body, the mind, the heart, and the soul. It exists when we would least like it to be there. It exists and is most frequently felt by us to be an obstacle to further growth, an interference with our plans and intentions, and an indicator that we are not yet whole, that we are in need of healing."

The pain I experience embodied comes from many sources. The most significant is being energetically sensitive to so many energies around me, often of suffering, and at the same time not feeling the Presence of God within me. This pain is the most disabling pain of all. Being embodied and feeling the aching soul pain of not feeling connected to God, ALL OF THE TIME.

My experiences of feeling the Presence of God seem somehow, fleeting. There are times, which you have read about if you have been following my postings, which indeed, the energy, love and light is present and I can feel these energies, I can feel God with me, and with these experiences, comes the desire to share these very same energies. These are indeed, very Blessed moments in my life.

"...There are states in which pain need not be felt as painful, meditative states, transcendent states in which the ego is no longer the predominant focus of consciousness and consciousness can therefore detach itself from the body and from embodied perception in order to roam freely within the spiritual universe. However, these states are rare, and rarer still the ability to access them. Nevertheless, there is another way in which to relate to pain other than and alongside the wish that it no longer be present. This is the way of the soul, the way of the Divine heart within the human heart that lets us know that pain can be part of a growing picture of emerging wholeness. It can be a teacher, and most importantly, it can be a pathway into greater light."

Mostly, though, in truth dear readers, I feel pain. The pain of separation from God, the pain of separation from my soul, the pain of separation from my very own light and the pain of trying to move through each day as energies pour into my body and I struggle to exist.

"...How pain becomes a pathway is a mystery, for to most it feels like anything but a pathway. It feels for most of us like an interference, an unwanted intruder, a violator of our most cherished wishes. Pain as a pathway is created by our willingness to experience its truth, by holding it in the light of God, and by asking to learn from the experience. What we are here to learn from pain is always positive. It is never a punishment. It is always the soul's choice, made at a different level of consciousness and at a different time, to accept the significant pains of life as teaching tools, and to interact with them in order to grow. When this acceptance has been rejected by us for one lifetime or for many, the pain we would rather not face then builds up both within our unconscious minds and within our bodies, and remains dormant there in a non-active state until such time as we are ready to experience it. Within the unconscious, it may occasionally be felt in an inarticulate way as a source of unknown distress. Within the body, it can give rise to symptoms of unknown origin, to chronic conditions, to diseases of various kinds, in a word - it manifests not as the original pain but as the result of the original pain plus its suppression."

On this journey of healing through the Purification Process I have gone through many embodied experiences of pain where my ego did feel in someway I was being punished. Through years of Beloved Julie's compassion and guidance, I no longer have such thoughts.

Now, in these times, my ego now punishes me, through the energies of blame.

I blame myself for not being able to:

- do more in expressing light and my love to others around me. Instead I feel irritable, exhausted and agitated.

- be more spiritual, no matter how much darkness I am taking in or experiencing. I feel in some way I have failed horribly each time I express darkness I am meant to contain.

- handle the pain of being embodied with more spiritual gravitas and holiness. My body feels so broken, my nerves are shattered, the energies I take in now take over my whole body and I feel as if I can no longer bear the pain. I grope with ways of now numbing myself as I am so depleted and each energy which enters my body debilitates me greatly in all aspects of my being.

- I blame myself for the separation I feel from God. I do not blame God. I blame myself and feel very lost here on this planet. I feel I have lost my way as I am covered with energies so dense, so disabling that I cannot feel my self-soul or God and in my aloneness, I feel it is my fault.

"...Our relationship with pain need not be joyful, but it can be loving and accepting. It need not obliterate our desire that the pain come to an end, but it can be part of our prayer that, simultaneously, what is of Divine purpose be fulfilled within us. Simultaneously, not either or. Once we become able to not hide from ourselves, to treat ourselves compassionately and with forgiveness, and to hold our pain within the light and intention of the Divine which is always good, we give to ourselves the maximum possibility for releasing the pain and its original source, and for awakening to the message that it is bringing to us. When we are in a fight with our pain, this cannot happen, for our energy is then directed against experiencing pain, rather than toward integrating and enfolding it.

We do not have control over when the pain we experience will come to an end as we engage with the process of purification. We cannot say, "I will do this and it will be over." Instead, we do what we can to modify or ameliorate the pain so that it becomes more bearable, while at the same time allowing God's work to do what is needed so that we can become one unified consciousness with no parts of ourselves missing. This trust and willingness to abandon control, even while making ourselves as comfortable as we can so that we can tolerate the pain, allows healing to take place in the way that it needs to - for some quickly, for many in a slow and steady arc of gradual learning. Our egos may resist this way of relating to pain. Our deeper hearts embrace it because it represents and is in harmony with the truth of our being."

My core soul pain dear readers, comes from being embodied and the perception of feeling separated from God's love and my own holiness.

It seems the more I have tried over the years to heal this core soul pain, the more levels of sufferation I unveil within myself. I feel farther away from my holiness now, than in all the twenty some years I have been on the Path of Purification.

This may not be evident in my writings, or the energies you may feel when reading my postings dear readers, yet deep within my soul, I feel farther away from my holiness and I can't explain how this has happened.

I have lost the strength to bear - endure, the energies of suffering and pain. I have lost the strength to be "with" others who are suffering, and I have lost my way in being the loving embodied soul God created - consistently - in ALL my daily actions and deed.

This soul pain is so very great. Where I am at in this moment, I have been many times, in a myriad of ways, and in my pain, I feel that instead of growing and BEING all the blessed Teachings I have learned at the foot of my Beloved Teacher, I am still failing God in my continual falling into the abyss of suffering.

I am aware that the pain I have been in recently is coloring energetically portions of what I am sharing. AND it is important that you see dear readers, the levels of my suffering, so that you may know, when the healing does occur, and it will, where I have come from.

"...Such trust and surrender is an essential part of the process of 'purification,' something that all embodied souls are going through at this time. This process dictates by the force of light itself that what was hidden shall be unveiled, and what was kept in darkness, inaccessible to light, shall be brought back to the light.

Thus, in addition to the reasons for accepting and embracing our own pain that have to do with growth and wholeness, there is the additional reason of needing to cooperate with a process that is already underway within our own bodies, hearts, and minds as the Earth transforms into greater light. For as the Earth transforms, so, too, do all physical bodies that are upon the Earth and part of her one body. In this sense, the transition to facing ourselves and what has been deeply hidden is inescapable. It is part of the time we are in and the purposes of this time. It is what all embodied souls are doing and it is why each of us has come to be here during this time."

What has been hidden which is being unveiled within me:

- That of my 'self' - I am nothing. Without God, my abilities to express love and to share the healing Light of God can at times, become ego based.

- That my core soul pain is the very separation that as a soul I chose to experience by becoming embodied.

-That I can no longer cope with the amount of suffering and pain my body takes in and I look for ways in which to manage the pain, to numb the pain that at times causes me to feel as if I would collapse and disappear altogether.

-That I feel embodied - even though this is not the truth of what is - very alone.

"…Often, help is not felt, and yet those beings who guide each embodied soul and the Divine within each of us is always finding ways of uplifting the one who is suffering so that what feels unbearable can be borne. This may not be available to the consciousness of the one so encumbered, yet it is always true, for the angels and guides who walk with humanity in all situations are always present, even unto great suffering and tragedy, even unto death."

This is my spiritual journey.

These experiences I share with you are my pathways home.

This is an unveiling of what is in need of healing.

I believe that what occurred yesterday, the deep insights into my soul self and my embodied life was directly related to a powerful influx of pure Light which is entering the Planetary Body.

I believe there will be more of these Light filled experiences of the 'unveiling' of the self to come. For Planetary Purification, Global Consciousness Purification and Individual Purification.

Yesterday was a powerful day of expanded Light and an experience which I believe we shall all participate in - unique to each of our souls history.

Since my last posting, I have been spending time with the trees, plants and flowers, feeding them and nourishing my self in their presence. Now is a time of waiting to be led. God's will be done.

THE CALENDAR OF LIGHT

Dear Beloved Ones,

Some of you may already have experienced the benefits of the Practice of Alignment. Through regular use, its vibration can affect the rest of your life, bringing light into all portions of your consciousness in which things have remained hidden or covered over. At the same time, it can help you access the higher dimensions of light, enabling you to receive guidance from the higher Realms of Light. Those Who Serve the Light

Hello Dear Readers,

Recently, I can be found most days out in the garden. As of the other day, everything is in the ground, placed intuitively and beautifully, fruit and flower. We found that we lost some lovely evergreen trees this week and a few of our stately Maples were trimmed back to allow the light through. The loss of the evergreens was a sorrowful occasion for me as each tree is a blessing and part of a solemn stewardship in this sacred garden.

Being in the garden and working outside each day has been a great blessing for my soul and body. I have been staying away from the computer, choosing instead to be in prayer for the planet and her peoples, and choosing not to read of each horror, as I found it was energetically draining to do so.

The joy of looking around the garden and feeling each tree, each shrub, each bush in just the right spot energetically is so deeply peaceful - sitting out in sacred spots a boon to my weary soul.

Dear Beloved Ones,

The Calendar of Light is a platform for healing and transformation into a new way of life, based on the principles of light and of purification. Its teachings are modern adaptations of ancient knowledge, brought into today's language and cultural understanding. These teachings are fundamental to an understanding of the transformation that the Earth is going through at this time, due to an increase in spiritual light. This increased light is bringing about profound changes in human consciousness that are accompanying changes occurring to the Earth itself.

All who are on the Earth at this time are undergoing a process of purification, some with awareness, some not. Through this process, those parts of the self that cannot hold the higher vibrations of light are being released or shed so that the new energy of light can take their place. This shedding may be mysterious to the part of the mind that clings to the rational, and unsettling to the part of the psyche that clings to the familiar. It is for this reason that the Calendar of Light came into being - to assist in the transition from one way of life to another by presenting ideas and applications that can offer comfort and understanding to both heart and mind concerning the process now taking place.

The Calendar of Light is divided into eleven categories that deal with concepts related to light and purification. These are:

1. Food
2. Energies
3. Emotions
4. Light
5. Darkness
6. Evolution of Souls
7. The Nature of Thought
8. Doubt and Trust
9. Higher Purpose
10. Relationships
11. Seven Principles of Purification

Accompanying the discussions within each category are spiritual practices and 'awareness tasks' to help bring the ideas presented into a more embodied perspective. Many of these practices are in the form of guided meditations which have been recorded to make possible a deeper experience of communion with the higher vibrations of light. These recorded meditations are essential to the overall purposes of the Calendar. The Calendar of Light is not a program of study as much as a way of anchoring in a new and sacred reality, one that corresponds to the deeper source of truth that lives within you.

Engaging with the Calendar of Light can take place at many levels, but the deepest involves a commitment of time, energy, and motivation in order to absorb the most from the concepts being presented and in order to find suitable ways of putting these concepts into practice within daily life. One can read these messages and not engage with the practices, but the level of absorption into the new reality will then be less complete. It is only by experiencing something directly that one can know that it is true.

You will find upon entering the Calendar Series that the rhythm of it is gentle and can carry you from one message to the next. Each message will leave you with thoughts and an invitation to put into practice the new learning taking place. It is best to sit with the e-mailed message that will come to you every three days, to reflect upon it, and to put into practice whatever 'spiritual practice' or 'awareness task' is presented for that day. For some, this may require a deliberate intentional effort. For others, it will come naturally without effort at all. What is important here is the phenomenon of immersion, that is, that you know that your intent is to enter a new reality in order to take part in full measure in the changes that the Earth is presently going through.

You are being invited, Beloved Ones, into a glorious time of transformation and purification so that you can live as a soul upon the Earth and reap the full benefits of what that might mean. This may presently be unknown to your conscious mind, but it is known to your heart and to your deeper self. Hello Dear Readers,

Since my last posting, I have been deeply engaged with the Calendar of Light.

Due to this level of spiritual engagement, it has been, and continues to be, a time of deep inward reflection and interaction with my body, heart and soul.

To tell you the truth dear readers, I never expected to be having the profound, at times soul agonizing, revealing experiences I am having.

Is the intensity of these sacred experiences in direct proportion to my soul's embodied longing, faith, and the blessing to able to perceive PURE LIGHT?

Each of us, depending on where we are at in our hearts, and how much revelation and allowance of Light into our embodied lives, will have our own - can I say custom (?) for a lack of a better descriptive - experience, in regards to the Calendar of Light.

I can say that when the Calendar of Light first came into my e-mail box - into Elijah Hope House, it seemed as if all energies which were not of the Light - became intensively active. Only through a commitment to the Practice of Alignment did stability energetically, gradually begin to come back into the domicile.

Then my body began going through turbulent changes. My immune system - my sacred boundary, always an issue concerning energies, has too, begun a transformative process that has been at times, soul agonizing.

"Aaah", some of my dear readers might be saying, "so much drama Johanna..." Yes, I would agree, it has been an intense time. Unexpected, unexplainable, at times I have felt so totally ungrounded, energies of intense raw fear coming up through my body and consciousness to be seen and healed, soul agonizing pains to face which have been buried deep within my psyche.

Will everyone have such an experience with the Calendar of Light? No. Especially if the level of participation is a quick read as the Calendar arrives and then off to the next task.

Will you plumb the depths of your soul as I have been doing? Only if your soul longs for this experience and your heart and mind have surrendered to allow the LIGHT in.

I never expected this experience. It is sacred, profound and intense.

Everything that is not of the Light shall be in essence, revealed.

The natural inclination of my soul recently dear readers has been towards inner reflection and directing energies towards self healing.

Outward expressions of energy have flowed towards working with the land around me and preparing for the winter.

In order to be the most authentic I can in any given moment, I 'feel' into, often by visiting the forum, as to whether I am being called to post.

In a world of page visits and likes, I am aware that intuitive posting is not of the usual cyber etiquette… AND it feels the most truthful when it comes to expressing from my soul.

Hello Dear Readers,

I felt called to share with you about a few experiences I have had lately related to the Calendar of Light and Purification.

Firstly, when participating in the Purification Process dormant unhealed issues - spiritual, mental, emotional, physical - GET STIRRED UP.

Light amplifies light and activates darkness.
This is the liberating function of light. It releases all that is not light from body and mind in order to set beings free.

Secondly, if your heart is committed to the Practice of Purification - if your heart opens to God's Light entering your life - no matter how well you judge yourself to be going about the process, the LIGHT will respond.

Though God's light is always present in life, as it becomes stronger due to changes on the earth and also within our own bodies and hearts, it penetrates the thick walls of habit, resistance, fear, and isolation that we have created around our heart and begins to melt away resistance and pain. This is the purpose of purification - to bring to us the gift of light that can transform life. Many of us have waited a long time for healing to occur in the wounded places of our self, realizing that change in the deepest areas of pain or fear would not be easy. Purification allows us to begin to see how to change and what to let go of, recognizing that all is possible now.

HEALING THE PAST IN THE PRESENT

I would like to share with you a sacred experience I had today which prompted my heart to post.

I have been going through some very difficult issues physically as well as emotionally. I have been going through the Process of Purification and (sigh) for the most part - getting caught up in the energies - round and round I go…

Oh the irony...

This afternoon whilst I was out at the compost pile stirring the compost an acorn bonks me quite hard on the head. And I ask myself as I rub the painful spot, "what am I being hard headed about?" (In regards to the purification related issues which have been surfacing).

And I become full immersed in the experience in that moment and begin to wonder how is The Universal One communicating to the unconscious me - what is the symbology of the compost, the acorn? I leave that off until I come into the house later, and I ask myself again, "What am I being hard headed about?"

In the following moment, the answer appears within my consciousness - it is the "Sword of Truth" cutting through all the levels of darkness within - an the answer to what I am being called to purify is laid before my minds eye and for my heart to behold.

In a moment I know the information being given to me is the absolute pure truth - and I begin to feel in my heart - glimmers of freedom. Of course after that moment my ever curious mind wants to explore this cord of Light further… What I find out is that this is a Purification issue having to do with Letting Go.

All my sufferations concerning this particular issue have to do with Letting Go.

All control can be given over to God, for God does not seek to diminish the freedom of any individual being, having given complete freedom of choice to all souls at the time of their Creation. Rather, surrendering control to the Divine allows the Universe to return to the self the means for healing the need and fear that is creating the attachment. Put differently, surrendering control to the Divine with open hands and an open heart allows God to bring to the embodied self exactly what is needed to erase from the heart all fear of not being in control. Such is the mystery of surrender to the Divine, namely, that it brings more freedom to the self rather than less, and that it grants to the embodied soul benefits that cannot be imagined while the need for control is still paramount.

God's light spans all dimensions and levels of reality, moving through time and space as a current of radiance that affects both individual life and human history. Where light is present on the earth, where consciousness is capable of holding light and the heart is capable of centering itself upon it, there the greater light may enter and make itself at home, illuminating with greater force all that it finds that matches or resonates with it. Sometimes the changes we seek are slow and require long periods of repeated experience in order to become established within. Sometimes years or even lifetimes are needed. But the gift in this, no matter how long it takes, is the knowledge that everything is available for our healing if we are open to it. God's life is magical in this regard, and becomes even more so as we embrace it. When we ask for help to change, life becomes an even greater partner in our healing and presents us with repeated opportunities for growth and learning. The task, then, is to be present to life, to be present to what is so that we may interact with it gracefully instead of wanting it to be some other way.

Hello Dear Readers,

I found this hand written quote amongst my papers. I am not sure if Beloved Julie said this to me when I was sitting with her, or I had found the quote within an article Beloved Julie had written. Please excuse my lack of clarity on it's exact origin.

I am sharing this Teaching with you, especially souls like myself who struggle with addictive process, so that you too may find the depth of compassion I have found whenever I read this quote.

Yes, I am an embodied soul who struggles with addictions. Some, by the Grace of God, have been healed whilst other addictions continue to bring teachings, revelations and suffering.

Pain as a pathway is created by our willingness to experience its truth,
by holding it in the light of God, and by asking to learn from the experience.

When these goals are pursued, pain becomes a pathway of light.

Super Fatigue Days

Days in which your mind is active, and your body energetically fatigued.

They are days in which your body fatigued, is unable to perform needs to rest, yet there is a battle within your mind which looking through they eyes sees only what there is to be done - to be accomplished, to give the uneasy and fearful mind a sense of security, that all is well, that it is in control.

Do Less. "Be" more.

A spiritual truism.

And yet…

My mind rebels at my body's helplessness. My mind, active, full of energy, is restless.

How does one in this state of physical helplessness, surrender the will of the mind, to the will of unknown energetic forces which would cause the body to fell helpless and fatigue?

In order to contain the spiritual light coming to the Earth today, a body of light is needed. For this, purification of mind, body, and emotions must take place on multiple levels.

The last few days have been such days. The first day, in rebellion, I drank coffee to give myself needed energy to bring into reign the chaos of the garage into order.

My body, becoming more pure, did not take well to the coffee. My kidneys and liver hurt from the infusion. My back began to ache and the lift I was hoping to achieve, came with great cost to the well being of my body's balance and harmony.

Today, I awoke again, severely fatigued with an active mind. Infused with the warmth of a rare blue sky and bright sun, my mind agitates, seeking to express itself. My body, energetically fatigued is unable to respond.

What I share with you dear readers if you are energetically sensitive, may be an occurrence you are all too familiar with. Each of us is called now as Light filled planetary energies continue to increase, to face this rebellion of the mind which seeks to control the actions of the body through physical expression.

Each of us enters these states of energetic helplessness bringing forth not only the lessons of humility, but also the lessons of addictive process in which we seek to control the physical functioning of the body, as well as the lessons of care of our sacred temples of light as our bodies transform.

I offer no solutions, only my experiences and Sacred Teachings for contemplation in regards to your own situations and challenges.

What shall I do today to express the energies seeking to manifest through my mind? Well, I have shared, through the use of my mind my experiences and helpful Teachings I am using myself to help me surrender. Surrender involves a letting go of the ego-self in favor of something much greater – the holiness of infinite love and the peace of oneness. In this letting go, there may exist fear that there is not enough love within the self for the Creator of all, yet this is not true. For the relationship with the One who is All is as innate to the soul as breathing is to the human body. It is part of spiritual breathing to breathe in and out with love for God, to be part of that love, to seek to flow in and with that love.

The conscious self may hold a different perspective. As it engages with situations in life in which fear is present, it may seek to retain a measure of control out of familiarity and out of habit. This control is in service of self-protection. It is what the embodied self has known. Returning to the Source of life as protection is something that cannot be fathomed by the ego but only by one's heart connected to the life of the soul. Within this heart there is peace and rest and the assurance of blessedness to live within the greater life of the One. Also, within each embodied being, however separate or however doubting each may feel, is a yearning to be free of the limitations created by fear, doubt, and the denial of one's true essence. This yearning is not of the mind but of the heart and of the deeper being. The mind must give its consent in the process of returning to the Source, but the yearning itself creates the readiness for surrender and the attraction to the deeper life of the profound.

Surrender is on one level a matter of the will, allowing personal will to be absorbed into Divine will, recognizing that the greater Will of the Divine holds all that is good, all that is true, and all that is beautiful in it.

How can suffering, emptiness, loneliness, rejection, pain, and extreme limitation be held in the hands of God?

The victory of the soul lies in just this perception, namely, that it has the capacity to disregard the outer picture of difficult or distressing events and to know from a place beyond doubt, that all is being led toward an appointed end, an end that carries great good. The embodied self may not feel this, in fact often does not. Therefore, feeling is not a good guide to the presence of safety in being led. Rather, the soul-self that lives in the deeper strata of the heart's knowing must become more prominent, more apparent, so that it can declare its positive message about the universe, even in the presence of great pain.

This capacity to orient toward the deepest truths of our being lives within each embodied soul. It lives within the heart of all, telling us in the midst of all outer events that all is purposeful, that all contains meaning that our feeling-self is not aware of.

Whether we embrace the truth of our soul-self or not depends on several things: first, whether the rational mind has preponderant importance in defining reality and, as a result, may choose to reject what cannot be seen. Second, whether our level of pain passes a threshold where it appears to consciousness that pain is all there is. When this threshold is exceeded, then the deeply held principle concerning meaning or safety may be dimly recollected, but this no longer matters because the experience of pain is too great. Such instances do not involve the absence of choice, however, for the conscious being can always choose to align with the soul. Yet, it becomes much more difficult to do so in the presence of great pain, and much more difficult to hold a sense of peace concerning its meaning.

There are times now when energies that are purifying within the embodied self and energies that are external to that self create chaos, confusion, and agitation in the mind. The mind can become overactive, with one or several thoughts repeating themselves over and over again, or with thoughts of fear or dread crowding out a sense of peace and trust. At such times it is important to know how to surrender the mind to God.

An affirmation which states:

“My mind belongs to God. My thoughts belong to God”

can, in the presence of willing surrender, clear the mind of unwanted thoughts and allow light to enter what was formerly in turmoil. Allowing God to take charge of one’s mind involves willingly letting go of all unwanted thoughts in exchange for an empty space of not-knowing. There must be a willingness to let go in order for this to happen, a willingness to actually let only God’s thoughts, the thoughts of light, remain within the mind. Then, and only then, can the transition to peace and tranquility take place without the turbulence of disturbing energies.

If such surrender is present, the mind can become a vessel of peace, one in which God’s thoughts can progressively replace the thoughts of negative energies. This crossing can be made by anyone who seeks to join with the oneness of truth and light and who seeks to release claim on their own thought process.

GIVING ONE'S MIND TO GOD

Learning to live in sacred reality involves orienting toward God at all times. Such orienting is like breathing. It becomes natural, intrinsic to one’s moment to moment experience, dependable, and not something one has to think about in order to come back to. This, however, is not the way it often is during the long trajectory of learning and healing that takes place for most souls as they let go of separation and reclaim their Divine heritage. For most, there is a period of leaving sacred reality, then returning to it, then leaving again, then returning, and this back and forth motion becomes a teacher for the self seeking greater awareness. The very movements back and forth teach greater constancy over time. Although such departures may cause distress and because they cause distress, awareness grows concerning how to remain more faithful, how to remain more steady.

Mixed into this learning is the growing understanding regarding forgiveness, for self-forgiveness is essential while the awareness wavers, and while departures into lower-self identification continues. Self-forgiveness is an essential part of learning in all areas, including the spiritual, for one cannot know something before it is known or learned, and many subtle and complex spiritual developments take time to master, incorporate, and make one’s own.

CREATION OF A LIGHT-BODY

1. In order to fulfill the purposes of Creation and of Redemption, a body of light must be created so that consciousness and matter can become one.

2. This body of light makes possible the interpenetration of all planes of consciousness so that what manifests above can manifest below.

3. The atomic or sub-atomic vibratory structure of matter (including the body) can change so that it corresponds to the higher frequencies of spiritual light rather than to the currently lower frequencies of physical matter.

4. Changes in vibratory rate on a cellular or sub-atomic level are associated with and facilitate changes in consciousness, since matter is not separate from consciousness nor consciousness from matter.

5. The 'Word' which is the source of spiritual light, can, when conditions permit, flow from higher planes of vibration to lower.

This occurs by several means, often mediated by Beings who 'step-down' the higher vibration, making it more accessible to the lower. Jesus, Buddha, Saint Francis, the ascended Masters, the Angelic and Archangelic realms, and any and all Beings of Divine light can assist to different degrees in this mediation process whereby spiritual light becomes infused into the physical body and consciousness.

6. The soul stores at its own level, memories of attainment of spiritual light which may or may not be accessible to the present embodiment. Nevertheless, the memories of possibility exist for the conscious self which may strive to attain that which had been possible previously.

7. The preparation of the body for the reception of spiritual light involves creating a clear space in which light can enter.

Saturation on the physical level with toxins or on the emotional or mental level with energetic barriers to the movement of light prevent spiritual light from finding its way from higher to lower levels.

8. The atoms of matter (the body) are not ultimately defined by physical laws but by spiritual laws which supersede them and give rise to the physical.

The vibratory rate of sub-atomic particles (waves) can be speeded up, making each cell holographically receptive to the Source of light which is God. This receptivity happens as greater homogeneity becomes present between the light in the body (on the cellular level) and the light that is the Source. Physical purity, as well as mental and emotional purity, are necessary for this to take place to the fullest degree.

The vibratory pattern of sub-atomic particles can also change with respect to its patterning, with greater coherence occurring between the central core of the atom and the particles which circulate around it. Such increased coherence creates a change not only in the substance of matter but in the appearance of matter, as it manifests the greater life and light that has become part of it.

9.Spiritual light, associated with the 'higher octaves' of light, is ultimately meant to flow through the physical realm unimpeded. In order for this to happen, physical matter and the consciousness associated with it must become receptive to light (in the sense of empty of impeding vibrations) so that the connection can be made between higher and lower levels of vibration.

10. The strength of the infusing light-source determines its ability to overcome the remaining impurities within physical matter.

A light-source of lower strength has less ability to transform matter/consciousness than a light-source of higher strength, since its ability to bring the lower level impurities to a higher level is less. The transformation of matter/consciousness by a stronger source of spiritual light can effectively dissolve or absorb the lower level impurities into the greater potency of light and eliminate their overall effect on the physical level which contains them.

This principle relates particularly to the potential for healing and transformation that one embodied individual can offer to another. For the transformation of consciousness, much can be effected through the flow of energy from higher planes to the lower. For the transformation of matter and of the energies associated with matter, there is a need for embodied sources of light to help with individual purification and with the purification of the earth.
