"...Physical pain like emotional pain involves two things, it involves the physiology of pain, what you're feeling in your body, in your cells, in your tissues, and then it involves your attitude towards the pain. And the attitude towards the pain contributes perhaps fifty percent of the pain. So attitude towards pain and pain are not the same thing. And when one's attitude changes to one that is less anxious, more tolerant, more accepting of divine safety, more accepting of divine purpose without knowing the purpose, then there is a relaxation around the physical pain so that the pain becomes less painful and there's more space around it which is what makes it less painful."

"...Those teachings which come from this meditative approach to pain management this is not new news, this is old news, that pain and the attitude towards pain are two different things. So we are equally capable of giving over our attachment to have the attitude of anger, protest, anxiety, fear, resentment, whatever the other feelings are that one could have about not wanting one's body to be in the condition it's in. … So you recognize that and you still are willing to separate the emotional connection with the pain that says "I don't have to approach pain in this way, I could approach it in a different way."

Practicing The Presence of God

Highlights...

The willingness to believe that what you're feeling is not the only, or the main feeling that you could be feeling.

The first paragraphs of the Declaration of Independence reads as such:

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America,

"When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation." In remembrance that together as a nation we freed ourselves from the supremacy of kings.

We celebrate our Rights as We The People to live free, united, as a Republic governed by We The People.

Prayers for all who continue to demonstrate the courage needed to create a Republic/Democracy of the people who look to the United States of America's historical documents, people, and instruments of governance for their inspiration.

This post is a prayer for the peoples of the Sudan, Hong Kong, and all nations seeking the rights and freedoms for all people.

Greetings from God's Garden!

Well, the pole beans are flowering but not producing yet.
The kales and chard have been plentiful enough to share.
The celery has been cohabiting space with the bush beans and both are doing very well.
The cucumbers are proving to be artful climbers and have been delicious with mint sprigs in water for energy.
The bush beans are becoming more plentiful.
The tomato plants are growing bushy and vining well, with small green baby tomato's coming forth from the flowers.
The parsley tastes delicious to eat as it is picked, and even better with the potato's which are just being dug up.
The asparagus did not like being neighbors with the potato's nearby and were left to grow with the hopes of a better crop next year.
The squashes summer and butternut seem to love the compost from last year (with a little added fertilizer).
The sages from the last two years died to my lack of knowledge - I added too much ash to the soil.
The new sage plants are growing well companion planted with the tomato's.
The peppers are still climbing and greening, some with little flowers giving birth to tiny peppers.
This is the first year of growing potato's and they have grown marvelously. It is wonderful to dig around with my hands in the soil and feel the potato's and bring them forth.
The oregano and basil plants are still growing and not ready for picking yet.
The okra is still growing.
The chives are green and lush. The green onions are growing tall and ready for cutting.
I harvested the cleavers in the spring and drink a little cleaver juice each day.
The blueberries took a hit from the caterpillars again this year, lost 60% of the leaves even though I covered them, I will try a hot pepper spray next year.
We moved the spring compost to the second compost bin and are ready to fill up the compost bin with new scraps and greens.
Salads as well a juicing tastes so much more, I want to say, alive, because until one grows food, one does not really understand how old the food we buy on the shelves may really be.

I have noticed even though I have lots of food for the bees and water, that there are fewer bees than I have ever had.
There are fewer lightening bugs at night - just a few instead of hundreds that I remember.
Some dragon flies.
More flies than usual.
Plenty of birds, but no wrens nesting this year.
Less bees and insects is troubling.

The fencing we put up this year has kept the deer out of the garden. Sometimes I catch them in the upper gardens, I will walk out giving a holler to get out and they just look at me as if they are confused as to why I am yelling at them and then jump the fence and take off. We have sectioned off half of the land at the Retreat Center for the deer and wildlife, the other half for human use.

The snakes have been keeping to themselves in the rocks when I am digging around or make a noise to let me know of their presence.
The voles are gone this year.

I have used my hair for rabbit and deer deterrents and it seems to be working well. I wrap the hair in small cloth bags and hang them near the plants I have seen they have chewed on. I cleaned pennies and put them around certain plants for slug control. Using D.Earth at the base of plants which I don't like to use because it seems to dry out the soil but it helps with the slugs around the kale and chard. The hay has been working a treat with keeping the soil moist, the weeds from the hay easy to pull out if the hay bears. Plenty of bags and cardboard for keeping the weeds at bay. I have not had to use the neem oil this year.

The flowers are flourishing and are a joy to behold.

This year is my first year growing so many varieties of food and there has been an unexpected joy from watching the greening, growing, flowering, fruit, to the harvesting. I feel the garden has been teaching me so much about how to care for it, how to nurture, how to trellis for vertical growth, and most of all, how to leave the garden alone to do what it has been doing for thousands of years, giving forth nourishment for the eyes and the body.

This year I learned that I can grow food from both plant and seed. I have learned from so many wise gardeners on the internet who share their love and wisdom how to companion plant to keep most pests at bay. This learning process of growing food has been, and continues to be - so nourishing. Growing food has also been empowering. Sharing what I grow has been a joy to my heart.

I hope that my postings from God's Garden has inspired, or may inspire you Dear Readers to plant a garden next year and begin growing food.

When it comes to gardening I am inspired by gardeners such as Capacity Brown, and Alan Titchmarsh both of whom have a love of plants and nature, and the joy of creating natural art from what is God given.

In God's Garden, I nurture the garden and the garden nurtures me.

I write in the present my body trembling as waves of energies in the nature of fear, loathing, and desecration courses through my nervous system.

I write in the present aware of both the past and the present. In the trinity of consciousness of the moment I write.

I write in the present still 'free' to write and yet ever aware of the energies of coercion, oppression, intimidation, threats, bullying, harassment, and exertion's to attack, assault, storm, and invade the weakest amongst us, ever expanding energies justified as the elimination of "Other" for reasons of safety, whilst the energies seeking to remove those not made in the image and likeness of those in power are obscured.

I write in the present of energies seeking to be worshipped, obeyed, and feared, expanding into the collective consciousness with the few, seeking freedom for themselves, sacrificing the many in service to power and a homogenous ideal.

I write in the present of an energy rising in hearts and minds full of righteous zeal who force away thoughts and emotions of moral revulsion in service to the right to wield moral authority and power, fallen from the energies of Grace in service to a kingdom created in their image and likeness.

I write in the present of an energy coming forward finding willing hearts and minds to expand its force into the planetary consciousness as energies of fear, loathing, dominance, control, desecrations, and humiliation in the name of the forces of darkness masquerading as the force of Light.

The energies coming forward, separated from Light - trust, free-will, dignity, compassion, are force-filled, dominating, intimidating, and horrifying. These energies are meant to shock, threatening hearts and minds, at times without the embodied soul even registering the attack, and grow in strength with each new desecration to human dignity.

I share this with you Dear Readers as a vision and as an awareness of what is behind actions taken publicly which desecrates the Rights of people to live free with respect for all lives.

I write in the present of the energies of the Crucifixion of Other. These energies which are coming forth in waves, have no respect for life, dignity, or Right's of those who are not made in the image and likeness of those whose minds and hearts have been corrupted by trumped-up desecrations of humanity and dignity.

Lose not faith in the Light.
Bear with Nation.
Bear with Planetary Family for a way will be made forward.

This vision was guided by the hand of Love.

How do we remain in our heart in the presence of escalating energies of evil, of darkness unbounded from respect, dignity, compassion, love, and honour?

How do we interact with other embodied souls expressing energies separated from love, from respect, dignity, compassion, love, and from honour?

What is the truth of our heart?

What is unfolding and intensifying as expressed consciousness involves all as a planetary spiritual experience as well as a spiritual experience of this beloved nation and each individual. How in the presence of the energies of escalating evil, of unbounded darkness do we act, express ourselves, share the truth of our heart, and live united as one?

No longer are these energies of governing (the self and the collective) separated from love ambiguous, for they have been (and are being) unbound with rapidity, shocking and awing. With each new expression of these energies of escalating evil, each of us is being called by our heart to live the truth anchored within in it.

These experiences beloved and dear Readers, are experiences of the soul awakening in the presence of the energies of darkness. Fear not and bear with for the Light is always with us and at the ready to illuminate our way, through our heart.

Covered Over

No oppressor can beat out the innate kindness present in all souls.

The energies of the oppressor may cover it, yet it is still present.

We as souls are awakening to the revelations of consciousness which brings us to the awareness that all is sacred experience.

AND

That we all were born with the innate freedom (freewill) to choose our sacred experiences not have them thrust or manipulated upon us for the benefit of the few.

What is This Oppression?

The loss of the ability to say with complete freedom anything that one feels without fear of surveillance, in service to a branded principle of preserving this very same freedom.

The energies-consciousness opposed to freedom are being revealed - what shall we do to honour our freedom.

The Infinity from which all comes forth as reality, manifestation, energy, and consciousness is within all embodied souls.

Woeful Souls:

Profiting off of the suffering of 'Other'.
The commodification of suffering of 'Other'.

To Rule Them All:

The deification of the energies of darkness in service to power.

Planetary Incongruity Within The Divine Matrix:

The energies of the archetype of the fool king manifest rampantly on the body of Mother Earth.

All is revealed waiting to be healed.

A great punishing to come forward. The Punisher enraged enacts revenge upon the principles of freedom.

The energies of darkness (evil) would have one believe that the qualities of nobility, kindness, decency, and compassion have little value and are an indication of weakness.

The goal of these separated energies is to make the embodied soul one with the darkness.

Be - align, with the energies of nobility, kindness, decency, and compassion which the soul longs for, and thrives in.
